And coaches info to 'Send Roster Review Email Teams'

It would be nice if coaches or team managers could update their coaching staff on the Send Roster Review Email All Teams feature. Currently the tourney machine admin has to do that for them.

& as a TD, I am having issues with coaches not getting the roster review e-mails or even inputting and saving the roster and it not saving for some reason....?
